We are pleased to report that Rocky Top Sports World has exceeded financial expectations in its first year of business! Rocky Top was originally expected to generate approximately $10 million during its first year of operation. However, that figure has jumped to about $14.5 million based on our most recent projection. In addition, we have had approximately 35 percent more events than projected for our first year of operation.

Calling all college football fans! Phillip Fulmer, former head football coach for the University of Tennessee, recently announced that he will be joining our quickly-growing team at Rocky Top Sports World. Coach Fulmer’s position with our Gatlinburg sports complex will be to work as an ambassador with the community, as well as assist with the development of our many sports camps and sponsorships throughout the year.

Does your son or daughter dream of playing in the NBA or the WNBA? The Nike Pre-Draft Camp is an incredible opportunity to help your kids on their path to basketball greatness! Coming to Rocky Top Sports World at the end of September, this one day intensive course was designed by Nike to help aspiring young athletes reach their full potential on the court.
