Dates: May 31-June 2, 2019 (Fri-Sun)

Location: Gatlinburg, TN– Rocky Top Sports World (10 courts on campus)

Lodging: Mid State Youth Sports has partnered with PSE Event Housing to provide attendees/groups with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience. Our event is a “Stay to Play” event: A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event. For this reason, teams or attendees who are traveling from out of town are required to book their rooms through our Official Travel Partner, PSE Event Housing, to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. About the Location: Rocky Top Sports World is Tennessee’s premier youth basketball facility featuring 6 courts. Rocky Top Sports World is also conveniently located in one of Tennessee’s top tourist locations; Gatlinburg, Tennessee and has access to 4 more courts within walking distance.

Gender: Boys Divisions 1st-12th grade (6u-18u) , Girls Divisions 4th thru high school (10u-18u)

Cost: $275 / Team

Multiple Team Discount:

Register 2 or more teams and receive $25 off each registration
Register 5 or more teams and receive $50 off each registration

Expected Teams: 100+

Games Guaranteed: 4+

Prizes: 1st & 2nd place teams in all divisions will receive individual trophies or medals.

Tournament Deadline: The deadline for this tournament is Wednesday, May 30 at 1pm. The tournament may be full prior to the deadline, but if we have space, we will continue to take teams until Wednesday, May 30 at 12pm

Schedule Release: We will release the schedule by Wednesday night at Midnight eastern the week of your tournament. It will be finalized by Thursday at 5pm Eastern. The schedule will be posted online and coaches will receive an email that it has been released.

Results: We will post all tournament results on our website whenever possible throughout the duration of the tournament and a complete list of scores and winners at the end of the tournament.
