In very short time this has become the premier post season youth football tournament in all of America. If you like well ran, well organized, well respected and professionally done football tournaments then look no further because this is the one for you and your team. This has turned into like the “National Tournament” for youth football, with well over 20 states expected to be represented and more than 300 teams, you see why. Some events will call their tournaments “National” but when only two or three states are there its not a true “National” tournament, that’s more like a tri-state championship. There are only a few good national tournaments out there and this is one of them. This event is for every type of team, league champion, playoff contender and even teams w/ losing records will attend to reward there kids for the hardwork and sacrifice.
Two game minimum guarantee per team (very possible you could play more than two games), we try to make sure all teams who win at least one game will play a third game, usually this happens unless a team receives a bye. Each age division will be played in a true tournament modified single elimination format w/ consolation games taking place. Our friendly but competitive format is one of many things that separate us among other tournaments. You won’t have to beat the same team twice to claim a title nor will there be 5 teams at the same age leaving as “Champions”. By using this format it allows only one team per age group to be crowned champions (per division), only one team leaves undefeated and only one team leaves runner up (per division). WE HAVE A VERY STRICT check-in process to ensure everyone is on a level playing field. We check out every single player on every single team thoroughly during our check-in, all players must have their birth certificates w/ them at weigh-in, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Two games is the most a team would play in a day and four games is the most they would play over the weekend. No team will play back to back games, there will be at least a two game (more than likely more) rest for all teams.

The World Cube Association governs competitions for mechanical puzzles that are operated by twisting groups of pieces, commonly known as ‘twisty puzzles’. The most famous of these puzzles is the Rubik’s Cube, invented by professor Rubik from Hungary. A selection of these puzzles are chosen as official events of the WCA.
As the WCA has evolved over the past decade, over 100,000 people have competed in our competitions. Despite this growth, we remain an organization that is entirely run by volunters, from local organizers to Delegates to even the Board. We are very grateful to everyone who takes time out of their lives to allow the WCA to function. With more financial support, we hope to bring an even greater level of professionalism to our competitions as we continue to sanction more events across the globe.

Online registration will be open from Saturday, August 31, 2019, 8:00 PM EDT to Friday, November 22, 2019, 7:00 PM EST.

The base registration fee for this competition is $20 (United States Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, November 22, 2019, 7:00 PM EST you will be refunded a 95% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend for free.
Registrations must be accepted manually, so if you do not see your name on the competitor’s list within a business day, then please contact the organizers to resolve the issue.
Registrations may be deferred due to:
– Incorrect date of birth
– Incorrect name
– Representing a foreign country and not providing documentation
In all of the above cases, the organizers will email you before accepting the registration to confirm the information provided.
All competitor emails will be provided to PSE Event Housing to receive exclusive lodging opportunities.
After the competitor limit has been reached, you may still pay and be put on a waiting list. If you are first on the wait-list and someone cancels their registration, then you will receive an email from the organizers. You must reply to the email and confirm your registration within 24 hours of receiving the email to compete. If no response is heard from you, the next person on the waiting list will be offered your spot. After the competition, all competitors on the waiting list will receive a refund for the registration cost minus tax.

–TSSAA Sanctioned tournament.
–You MUST belong to your state association, and be STATE -APPROVED to play other teams from your state.
–Format will be a true tournament format. (3 game guarantee)
–The first 24 boys and 24 girls teams to complete and return the contract, registration form, and registration fee will be entered.
–Players will receive a tournament T-shirt. Teams will receive ONLY 18 T-Shirts.
–Hospitality room will be provided at Gatlinburg-Pittman High School.
–Ticket prices will be $7.00 for everyone over age 5 per day. No tournament passes will be sold. No Passes will be accepted.
–TSSAA officials will be used in all games.
–If you have radio or television crews traveling with you, then they are responsible for providing their own TABLE and CHAIRS.
–We will provide you with a list of motels and hotels in the Gatlinburg area that sponsor the tournament, and request that you try to book overnight rooms with them when making your accommodations.

The Cheer Movement is a new concept in cheer competitions…instead of a per athlete fee and the parents having to pay for hotels – let’s eliminate the per athlete fee and just have them pay for the hotels. In turn, the hotels will pay for the arena! How does this work?
Each team will register at $100 a team – then the parents will use our hotel system to book their rooms! Parents save money and the competition is just as much fun as always.

Mayhem in the Mountains is a premier preseason High School Boys Lacrosse Tournament hosted at the foot of the Smoky Mountains. The games are on turf fields, so there are never rain outs! Saturday’s games are in preseason jamboree style format and will not count towards official or Lax Power records. Sunday’s games may be submitted to Lax Power for evaluation (if both coaches choose this option) or they can just serve as a regulation-length game (not for Lax Power) for coaches to assess team performance in a true game format. The event will accept all team memberships (USAV, AAU, JVA). Enjoy the breath-taking views of the Smoky Mountains and some of the best competition within a 5-state region. Rocky Top Sports World is a state-of-the-art sports venue with 12 volleyball courts and can accommodate 96 teams under one roof with an optional 24 teams across the parking lot. This will be a great tune-up before the end of the season or a great way to finish your season. Don’t wait too late to sign up – last year we had to turn away teams.
