Take Your Team to the Next Level with the New Smoky Mountain Soccer Camp at Rocky Top Sports World
Rocky Top Sports World is excited to host the Smoky Mountain Soccer Academy Team Camp this July! Specifically designed for high school and club soccer teams, this three day camp will sharpen technical and tactical abilities. Read on to learn everything you need to know about this one of a kind camp.
Professional Coaches with Tons of Experience
What sets the Smoky Mountain Soccer Academy Team Camp apart from the rest is the quality of its coaching staff. The Technical Director of the camp, Joshua Scott, is the Associate Head Soccer Coach at Tusculum College and has played professionally and semi-professionally in England, Finland, and the United States. Aidan Davison, the camp’s Elite Team Coach, has coached the Hull City Football Club in the English Premier League. Rounding out the coaching staff, Dan Ball, Chris Cousins, and Zach Schrandt all have impressive credentials from around the United Kingdom and the United States. Outside of a top college soccer program or a professional league, you won’t find a better qualified group of coaches!

Unparalleled Training Sessions and Scrimmages
Each day of the Team Camp begins with an hour of technical training to strengthen the players’ fundamentals. After lunch, the players will break up into small groups for tactics training sessions and small-sided games (games with fewer players on a smaller sized field). To end the day, players compete in 11v11 scrimmages on full size soccer fields. In between the training sessions and games, guest speakers will address the players about sports psychology, soccer specific conditioning, and other helpful topics. On the final day of the camp, there will be an awards ceremony in the morning and a very special team building exercise in the afternoon – a white water rafting trip on the Pigeon River!
When and Where
The Smoky Mountain Soccer Academy Team Camp will be held on Monday July 11, Tuesday July 12, and Wednesday July 13. Each day’s activities will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Rocky Top Sports World. Our sports complex is located at 1870 Sports World Blvd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.
Registration
Tuition is $225 per player, and each team must register at least 11 players. The camp is open to all club and high school boys and girls teams. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email [email protected].
